With over 25 years’ experience working in the Finance industry in client facing roles as well as in leadership roles in the Talent & Development space for global businesses, I have a unique perspective of any business which allows me to understand the needs of employees as well as a business.

Holding the CGI Diploma in International Finance and Administration and being a Prosci Change Practitioner, I also have a proven track record of creating and implementing impactful people and learning strategies that align with business objectives and drive meaningful results. From shaping a compelling business vision and crafting a clear Employee Value Proposition, to leading performance management initiatives and embedding a continuous learning culture, I bring a strategic yet practical approach to developing high-performing, engaged teams. My focus is always on delivering outcomes that support both employee growth and organisational success.

I am also a well-established and respected trainer, with experience in training those just starting their professional journey as well as those who hold leadership positions.
